RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility

• UK & South Korea Customers: Returns are accepted for a full refund or store credit. Exchanges are also available.
• International Customers: Exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or style, please return the item for store credit and place a new order once your credit has been issued.
• Product Eligibility: All full-price items are eligible for return. Items marked as final sale or discounted items are not eligible.
• Condition: Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items will be inspected upon arrival.

Shipping & Return Labels

• UK & South Korea: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A return label can be provided upon request via our Returns Portal, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
• International: A return label can be generated through our Returns Portal (where available), but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Fees

• UK & South Korea: No return processing fees apply. Customers only cover the return shipping cost.
• International Returns for Refund: A $10 processing fee will be deducted from the refund, and customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• International Returns for Store Credit: No processing fee applies, but customers must cover the return shipping cost.

Additional Information

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
